General Policy
- All prices listed are included the shipping charge to USA, Canada, France, Australia, UK, Japan, Korea. If you are from the other countries All over the world,Contact us for the shipping cost before you make your orders Plz .
- All our Items will be shipped over EMS,Usually it takes 5-7 business days. but you can pay extra for express service such UPS or TNT.
- All the items you ordered are shipped directly from our geographical store address.
- All packages must be signed for pickup. If nobody is at home, your local post office or delivery company may hold your package and resend one or two times more. If still nobody at home, they may return the package to us. We will offer the postage for return. But, you need to pay the shipping cost for us to ship again.
- We DO NOT accept C.O.D.
- All the merchandize are in brand new conditions.
Return policy
It is necessary to contact us and obtain an instructions before returning any product to ieshoes.
Exchanges on any merchandise can be made only if it is in unworn condition.
Acceptable reasons for an exchange: factory defected, wrong color/size was sent, mistakes made on the part of ieshoes.
Unacceptable reasons for an exchange: colors of the merchandise are darker/lighter than pictured,had minor color differences from the picture,do not fit (see below for more info), I would rather have a different one.
Customers are required to email us within 3 days of receiving their products if they need to make an exchange.
If an exchange falls under this category, the customer will be required to send back the products and pay $15 in order to ship out a new one. (Actual shipping cost is $30, ieshoes pay half and the customer pays the other half.)
All sales are final - please ask any questions you have before ordering to limit or to prevent any problems.
Refund policy
We will issue refund at the conditions:
You get the wrong products because of our fault;
And you had return the products in 7 days after you get them;
All products returned are in new conditions

If you returned all the products you get,We will Issue a full refund.

NOTICE: If you are not at home when the items receive your home, the delivery company may send it for 1 or 2 times again. If your are still not at home again. They may be sent back. You'll have to pay for our posting to you again.
If by EMS Or USPS, you'll receive it in 5-10 working days.
1. Shipping is only after FULL PAYMENT for any kind of orders. We do not offer COD on shipment of shoes.
2.We do not carry duties on any damages or loss during shipping. However, buyers can pay for insurances before shipping.
3.IMPORTANT - If a package is returned to us because the buyer did not claim the package, we are not responsible for reshipping a replacement pair of shoes.
